The rules every page on this site follows, from the first draft to the next update.

Hüseyin Yavuz Özbek, dated, and updated when a fact changes. We never invent reviews, quotes, patients or statistics.
Who writes and who reviews
Articles and clinic files are written by the Precious Dental editorial team. Any page that describes treatment, risks or recovery is then read by Dt. Hüseyin Yavuz Özbek, Dentist — Implant Surgery & Prosthetics, who checks it against current clinical practice and can change or reject it. His name and the update date appear at the top of each reviewed page. See the editorial team.
Sources we use
- For facts about clinics: the clinic's own website, the HealthTürkiye register of the Turkish Ministry of Health and the clinic's Google Maps listing. We link the exact page we read.
- For health and travel advice: the NHS, GOV.UK (including Foreign Office travel advice), the Oral Health Foundation and the General Dental Council.
- For Turkish rules and data: official Turkish sources such as the legislation portal (mevzuat.gov.tr) and the Turkish State Meteorological Service.
- For distances: OpenStreetMap and the OSRM routing engine.
We do not use another clinic's marketing claims about itself as evidence of quality. We report what it publishes, such as a guarantee period, and say that it is the clinic's own statement.
What we never publish
- Reviews, testimonials, quotes or stories we have not received from a real, identifiable source.
- Patient photographs, or AI images presented as real results.
- Statistics without a named source.
- Claims that we are independent or neutral.
Our own clinic
Where a page gives Precious Dental's prices, guarantees or way of working, those come from Precious Dental's own records and its published guarantee terms. Where we give our view as a clinic, we say so.
Plain English
Most of our readers are over 50 and planning treatment from the UK. We write short sentences, explain dental words the first time we use them, and use UK spelling and pounds sterling.
Updates
Clinic facts carry the date we checked them. We recheck when a clinic or a reader tells us something has changed, and we change the date when we do. If a correction changes the meaning of a page, we say so on the page.
