Who we are
Your details are controlled by Precious Dental (Precious Oral and Dental Health Centre), Yeşilbahçe Mah. Savaş Cad. Mevsim Apt. No:3AA Üst Kat, Muratpaşa, Antalya, Türkiye, email info@dentprecious.com. Precious Dental also has a UK company, Precious Teeth Ltd (no. 14018597). What we collect
- What you type into the enquiry form: your name, email, phone number if you give it, country, the treatment you are interested in, how you want to be contacted and your message.
- How you reached the form: the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the address (for example utm_source). This helps us see which pages are useful.
- WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms also apply.
The form does not ask for health records. If you choose to send X-rays or photos later, we use them only to assess your case.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a treatment plan and price. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
Who sees it
Precious Dental staff who handle enquiries. Messages are sent by email to our enquiry inbox and a copy is kept on our web server outside the public web folder. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to the other clinics listed on this site.
How long we keep it
An enquiry is kept only while we need it to reply and to follow up on the treatment you asked about. Once you are a patient, your records are kept under the clinic's patient-record rules. Ask us whenever you like and we will delete your enquiry.
Cookies
The site works without cookies. If analytics are switched on, Google Analytics runs only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner; until then no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page. We use no advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it or withdraw consent. Email info@dentprecious.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
