Who publishes this site?
Precious Dental, the Antalya dental clinic that is also our top pick. We benefit if you choose us. See the advertising disclosure.
How do I know a clinic is licensed?
Look it up on HealthTürkiye, the Turkish Ministry of Health portal for international patients. Licensed clinics are listed with an authorisation number. Each clinic file on this site shows that number.
How much do dental implants cost in Antalya?
Prices vary by clinic and brand. At Precious Dental an implant is £300 (MegaGen, Neodent or Straumann) and a zirconia crown £150, with hotel nights and transfers included.
How much is All-on-6 in Antalya?
At Precious Dental, £6,500 for both jaws in total, including the implants, zirconia teeth, titanium bar, temporary teeth, extractions, hotel nights and transfers. Other clinics' published prices are on their files.
How many trips will I need?
Single implants usually need two trips a few months apart. Crowns and veneers usually need one trip of about a week. Full-arch treatment usually needs two trips.
How long should I stay?
At Precious Dental, packages include 4 hotel nights for the first implant visit, 5 for the second and 5 for zirconia crowns. Other clinics set their own timetables.
Does my GHIC or EHIC cover treatment in Turkey?
No. GOV.UK says the GHIC and EHIC are not valid in Turkey. You need your own travel insurance and should check what it says about planned treatment.
Can I bring my prescribed medicines?
Yes, but GOV.UK notes that British prescriptions are not accepted in Turkish pharmacies and some common medicines are controlled in Turkey. Bring enough, in original packaging, with a copy of your prescription.
What if something goes wrong when I am home?
Contact the clinic first and keep your written guarantee and records. Read what the guarantee asks of you, such as check-ups, before you book.
Is Antalya better than Istanbul for dental treatment?
This site only covers Antalya. Antalya's clinics are close to the airport and the city is used to visitors, which many UK patients find easier.
Do other clinics pay to be on this site?
No. Inclusion and position on this site are never for sale. Every fact about other clinics links to its public source.
Can I compare two clinics directly?
Yes. Use the compare tool for up to three clinics, or open one of the head-to-head pages, such as Precious Dental against any other clinic on the site.
Is whitening worth doing in Antalya?
Usually only as part of a wider plan, and before crowns or veneers are colour-matched, because whitening does not change crowns, veneers or implants.
